I’ve found the sneakers I want but I don't see my size ?
MCSKICKS updates the online store on a weekly basis , if you sneaker size is not listed in the drop down box , please Contact Us and we will be sure to assist you.

Has my order been sent yet ?
After making an order , MCSKICKS will notify you via email reguarding the transaction. When your order has been securely processed, MCSKICKS will email you of the orders progress , and also an updated tracking information.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?
MCSKICKS Online Store only lists the sneaker name , style , date of release and condition. More information can be given on the sneaker. Please feel free to contact us. In regard to Pre-Orders all information pertaining to the item will be listed. If the information does not meet you requirements, and you feel you need more, please feel free to contact us.

A sneaker Pre-Order is safely securing your sneaker weeks and even months prior to release. All Pre-Orders are guarenteed and if any changes to availiblity accur , the customer will be notifed .

What does sneaker conditon mean
All of our Online Store products are Brand New, only through our Request Store , sneakers that are rare and over 10 years of age might be conditional and are subject to a 1-10 condition rating.
