
Returns, Delivery and Exchanges
We have a 15 day return/ exchange policy counted from the day you received your order. Returns need to be notified and returned to us within these 15 days.
In order to approve your return/exchange we first need to see proof that the product is in resalable condition and that packaging such as the shoe box isn’t taped on or damaged in any other way. In the case of us receiving a return that we haven’t approved the product will be returned back to sender.
MCS SALES KICKS does not refund any return shipping expenses payed by the customer. If the product is faulty or misdirected we will provide you with a return shipping label after you have contacted us.
Complaints
If there’s something wrong with a product that you’ve received or if we’ve sent you the wrong product by mistake we will replace the faulty/misdirected product free of charge if we still have it in stock. If we don’t have it in stock we will issue a full refund (except for custom & VAT charges, currency exchange rates and other fees charged by your bank).
If you want to file a complaint we ask you to first contact us either via the contact widget on our website or by calling us at (516) 405-0394. You will be asked to provide photos of the faulty product so that we can determine wheter there is a complaint or not.
Refunds
Refunds can only be issued to the same account/card that was used for the purchase. If the order was placed with Cash at our "Pick up only Store" the refund is issued to the account you provide when you return the product.
